Gartner group: Indian offshore service providers empower activities in Europe

Cognizant, TCS, Infosys and Wipro succeeded in establishing formidable customer lists in continental Europe. After forming only sales offices as a first step their presences now are about to get broadened: local service employees and consultant will be employed more and more. Growth rates of indian companies are even higher as in the US meanwhile. Gartner noticed thatin offshore service businesses discretion will stay an important factor. European customers prefer not to make public how often they collaborate with offshore providers. Indian companies will have to improve their processes. Automation will be a factor and just to rely on a huge potential of labour force would be failure, Gartner stated.
