shaping business models

As strategies are the kernel of entrepreneurial activities, the business model is like a houses base plate. Is something wrong with the base plate, one could do everything above but would never succeed in getting a stable and sustainable functioning house.

But while a houses ground normally doesn't move, an enterprises "ground" (it's economical and technological environment) does move. Because of acceleration through globalization, technological developments, communication facilities and more, the moves get faster and faster. So it's clear that an enterprises business model has to get adapted if not to say that changes has to be anticipated.

Shaping business models means normally to keep the business models "in shape", to keep them fit for presence and future - to keep them "in balance" above the ground moves.
