To find the "right" strategy for a company or business to optimize the allocation of resources, to reach the company's vision and mission, to boost growth and cash flow while ensuring survival too is probably the most difficultiest task of each entrepreneur.
A strategy is the measure to manage complexity but this exactly is the same time what makes it so difficult.
